What is an interest area?

: a group of related academic programs that assists students in mapping a structured path to reach their educational & career goals, as well as facilitating them to network with peers who have a like-minded mindset that shared similar interests to theirs

1. Realistic: enjoy practical, hands-on work, such as designing/building something, repairing equipment, physical activity, or working outdoors

2. Investigate: circulate searching for facts and solving problems; enjoy work that involves studying or researching, such as in a lab

3. Artistic: circulate expressions of creative, original work; enjoy making visual art, performing, writing or designing something

4. Social: circulate working with others to be learned and growed; enjoy teaching, giving advice, or physically caring for others
